Did not arrive. Per agent, it would take " hours" to hear an update from warehouse. Was told by agent it would arriving. Again, delayed. Still have not received rug. This is not how you run a business. I bought a 10' x 14' rug and it matches well with the website description.

It is carefully woven and it's quality shows in the texture, thickness, and weight. The photos shared by other users also helps a lot. The only thing I wish Rugs USA can improve would be the packaging because the plastic bag that contained the product was partially torn apart. Luckily it was not a rainy day when it arrived. Otherwise, I may have a wet rug. Good price. Good quality. The website was well designed and has all the information I am looking for as well as multiple payment method to choose from.

Delivery was fast, and the lamps arrived in pristine condition. Even the lampshades were perfect, and I've had issues with lampshades from Wayfair and Overstock, but not these. The descriptions and photos are always excellent so never got a rug which didn't match my expectations. I DO like that the folded rugs are being shipped rather than the rolled.

One or two days in the room, weighted with books or anything else you happen to have around the house, and the folds are fully relaxed and gone. Needed a much larger rug 9 x 12 in a lighter, more neutral color, and affordable. I literally have 4 rugs for this one room which I change out with the seasons.

What company sends a follow up email asking if I received my order? Finally, a company that cares.
